Jeremy B. Penchansky, Esq.

Jeremy B. Penchansky is a proud third-generation Floridian and graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. Jeremy’s lifelong roots in South Florida shape his commitment to serving the community he calls home. 

With a diverse foundation in many areas of the law, Jeremy specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions of varying scale and complexity, as well as land use and real estate development. His career began as a licensed title agent, amassing over 25 years of industry experience – particularly in curative title work – that equips him to resolve complex title issues with ease.  This strong command of real estate titling has empowered Jeremy to expand his practice seamlessly into estate planning, including preparation of wills and trusts, performing complex asset and business transfer analyses, as well as advance directives that empower trusted loved ones to advocate for medical decisions if incapacity strikes, seamlessly blending legal precision with compassionate foresight. 

Before co-founding Faw & Penchansky Law, PLLC, Jeremy built a reputation as a trusted title agent and attorney, working closely with real estate professionals, lenders, local government, and clients to streamline transactions and resolve challenges. His collaborative approach, rooted in clear communication and a commitment to client success, continues to define his practice. His ability to navigate challenging property issues with precision and creativity allows him to craft tailored solutions for clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned developers.

Beyond his legal work, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his family and in the great outdoors, often exploring South Florida’s vibrant natural areas, including backpacking the “Ocean to Lake” Trail. Jeremy is also passionate about giving back to the South Florida community through volunteer work for preserving these natural areas. In the real estate community, he frequently shares his insights through educational and informational offerings to local realtors, empowering others with practical knowledge to navigate their legal needs.
