Audrey L. Faw, a proud Triple Gator and native Floridian, is deeply rooted in the Sunshine State, having earned her Bachelor’s degrees and Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida. As a founding member of Faw & Penchansky Law, PLLC, Audrey brings not only her legal expertise but also a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their challenges with confidence. With a warm, client-focused approach, she seamlessly blends her expertise in commercial litigation with comprehensive counsel in real estate, corporate, and estate matters, ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way.

Audrey’s legal career began with a strong foundation in commercial litigation, where she advocated for clients in federal and state courts handling complex business disputes. Expanding beyond litigation, Audrey has developed a thriving practice in real estate, corporate law, and estate planning. Before co-founding Faw & Penchansky Law, PLLC, Audrey served as the Managing Member of the West Palm Beach office of a Top 200 law firm, where she managed multiple practice areas and a team of attorneys. Her leadership, grounded in integrity and dedication to excellence, continue to define her work in combining top-tier expertise with the compassion and focus of a family-owned and operated firm.

Audrey is admitted to practice in Florida and various federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She remains an active member of the Florida Bar and local legal communities.

Outside her law practice, Audrey cherishes spending quality time with her family. An avid lover of the outdoors, she finds balance and inspiration in hiking through lush state parks, kayaking along serene waterways, or simply soaking in the tranquility of nature.
